Muskegon River Trash Bash – Evart

The City of Evart is collaborating with Hersey, Big Rapids, Newaygo, Muskegon, and sections in-between (to attempt to) set the world record for miles cleaned in one day in the Muskegon River Trash Bash: River Clean Up.

Volunteers in the Evart section should meet at Evart’s River Side Park West. Bring your own boat or contact with J&J River Runs for rental / transport. The Evart section spans from M-66 to Blodgett Landing Boat Launch in Hersey. This is Evart’s 6th year of hosting a river clean up.

Groups of volunteers with their own boats and transport should contact us ahead of time to be assigned to harder-to-reach locations.
