Missouri River Breaks 2019 Cleanup – National Public Lands Day

Join Friends of the Missouri Breaks Monument (FMB) for our 2019 National Public Lands Day River Cleanup. The Cleanup will cover ~20 river miles of the wild and scenic Missouri River through the Upper Missouri River Breaks National Monument.

We will meet at 9:30am on September 28th, 2019 at the Fort Benton Canoe Launch. Campground Volunteers are responsible for bringing their own watercraft (canoes or kayaks, PFDs, paddles, etc), lunch, water, and work gloves. We will be picking up trash in and along the river for ~20 miles, followed by a free BBQ provided by FMB at Wood Bottom Recreation Area. Questions can be sent to Lacey Gunther via email at [email protected]
