Clean-up Information

The Charles River Clean Up is a collaboration between the Esplanade Association, the Charles River Conservancy, The Emerald Necklace Conservancy, the Charles River Watershed Association, the Waltham Land Trust and DCR. Every year, we recruit roughly 3,500 volunteers to clean the Charles River and the Muddy River. Our efforts focus on the Esplanade, but the event has a great impact in the entire river ecosystem!
