The Clinton River Watershed Council organizes “Clinton Cleanup” every year, facilitating multiple trash clean ups within the watershed on a Saturday in September. These clean ups are open to the public, and contribute to more nearly 4,000 pounds of trash removed from in and around the Clinton River each year. This is in addition to CRWC’s weekly clean program, another trash clean up taking place on a weekly basis at one location within the watershed. This is also open to the public.
