A Cleaner Clear

Our second year of cleaning up Clear Creek. We do a different section every year, typically a mile at least. Last year we pulled out over 2 tons and over 1,000 plastic bottles. We gave away over $4,000 worth of fun prizes and river experiences at a raffle at the end. Breakfast and lunch are donated by amazing local businesses. We already have over 100 volunteers signed up this year! We are cleaning up a section of Clear Creek above Golden, CO this year where wild trout struggle in the polluted runoff from the highway. The event is sponsored by a ton of local donors and we are looking forward to a productive day.
