5th Annual South Fork River Sweep

Registration/Check-in will be from 9 to 10:00 am at the gazebo in Town Center. River sweep will end at noon. We will work both from the water and the land in several designated locations along the South Fork and its tributaries. If you would like to be on the water during the cleanup, please provide your own kayak or canoe. Please wear sturdy shoes and work gloves. All other equipment will be supplied. Snacks and beverages will be provided. There will also be raffles and giveaways available.
Online registration will be available as we get closer to the event. It will be the responsibility of all participants to follow all NCWRC requirements for inland water paddling.
