12th Annual Riverkeeper Sweep: Bronx River Forest

Riverkeeper Sweep at Bronx Forest:  Join volunteers and water protectors on May 6th from 11:00am to 3:00pm in Bronx Park/Bronx Forest.  At this event participants will meet inside Bronx River Forest at Burke Avenue Bridge see map (Burke Avenue Bridge
https://maps.app.goo.gl/w8p5NSYfBd6UoY226).  We will bag up litter and remove trash from Bronx River corridor.  All tools, gloves, and bags will be provided, but bring water to drink, wear clothes & shoes that can get dirty, and dress for the weather.  Bronx Forest is shady and cool, this is a rain or shine event.  Walk into Bronx River Forest from Rosewood ave Playground or the stairs at Burke ave at Bronx boulevard.  Walk on the paths, under the Bronx River Parkway overpass, and meet at Burke Avenue Bridge.  I look forward to seeing you, please register using the link:
