Meghan develops and implements federal policy priorities for the Clean Water Supply and Restoration teams at American Rivers. She works with Congress and the Administration to advance policies that seek to protect and restore rivers and their floodplains as well as fight against any attempt to undermine existing protections.
Meghan joined American Rivers in 2014. She has over five years of experience working to protect inland as well as ocean waters through litigation and policy making.
Education: Meghan received a BA in Political Science with a minor in Marine Biology from Fairfield University and then combined her interests and received a JD with an Environmental Certificate from Pace Law School.
