Media Advisory: America's Most Endangered Rivers report coming April 17

Washington – American Rivers and its partners nationwide will announce America's Most Endangered Rivers® of 2013 on April 17. American Rivers, the nation's leading river conservation organization, releases the report every year to shine a public spotlight on threats facing rivers, and how citizens can take action to help.
Ten rivers in the following states will be named to the 2013 list: Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Georgia, Idaho, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oregon, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Wisconsin, Wyoming and British Columbia.
Advance materials are available for journalists who agree to the media embargo, which lifts at 12:01am eastern time on April 17.
