Maxwell Pond Dam Comes Down

Some people go sledding, but I consider this the ultimate snow day. Despite snow that sometimes fell as much as two inches per hour, the City of Manchester and the New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services were out removing the Maxwell Pond Dam yesterday and making way for a cleaner, safer Black Brook this spring.
