American Rivers' Board member and Scientific and Technical Advisory Committee (STAC) chair Jeffrey Mount, Ph.D. appeared on last Sunday's edition of 60 Minutes. The story was about the severe drought in California and the complicated issues surrounding how to address the problem. Jeff did a great job of communicating the fragility of the levee system and the importance of adapting to a future with fewer water resources.
