Support National River Cleanup

Red River Cleanup Information
On May 10, 2008, the BWA will be assisting Russ Miller with the cleanup of the Red River located in the Red River Gorge area. I urge you to join in the cleanup of this scenic river.
Accomodations:
Russ Miller has offered his lawn for us to use as a camp-site on both Friday and Saturday nights. Camping is optional, but everyone is welcome.
Food:
Everyone should be prepared to bring their own food for other meals, especially lunch on the river. Miguel's pizza will be served on Saturday night. Make sure that you have plenty of fresh water for the cleanup.
Clothing / Boats:
Dress appropriately for the weather. We will be walking in the water quite a bit so make sure that you have appropriate footwear. Bring work gloves if you have them. I will bring some extras just in case. As for boats, sit on top kayaks or canoes will do best. Russ's Duckies will be used for trash hauling so bringing your own boat is not necessary.
