Local Stormwater Policy Innovation

It’s with great excitement that I’m returning to the blogosphere after a bit of a hiatus. Why am I excited? Because I’m finally able to announce the release of our new stormwater policy tool “Local Stormwater Policy Innovation“. This report was produced in conjunction with our partners Midwest Environmental Advocates, and I want to particularly thank Attorney Brent Denzin for his hard work and dedication to making this report happen.

This report is designed as a guidebook for citizens, local leaders and advocates who want to learn more about greener solutions to stormwater pollution and how to make those solutions work in your hometown. As mundane as it may sounds, stormwater is one of the biggest contributors to water pollution in the country now. For better or worse, most of the solutions for this problem are at the local level, and need local people to implement. So if you want to make a difference, and think you’re up for the challenge, take a look at our guidebook to see how you can make a difference.

And don’t think this is the last of you’ve heard of me. I’m hoping to get some even more specific tools in your hand in the next month or so. Stay tuned!
