Will conducts research for legislative campaigns and works to advance policies that help communities secure a safe and consistent supply of water for the future.

Will joined American Rivers in October 2006. Prior to that, he conducted research on agriculture and water use in a small farming village in the West Bank. His other recent experiences include teaching English at an orphanage in Southwest China, studying French in Senegal, and managing a house painting company for several summers in Maine.
