Daniel works to design, plan, and implement monitoring and restoration activities aimed at protecting and restoring mountain meadows and stream ecosystems in the western Sierra Nevada foothills.
Daniel joined American Rivers in 2009. Prior to that he was taking graduate classes in environmental studies at the Evergreen State College and interning as a Natural Resources Technician at the Thurston Conservation District in Olympia, Washington.
