Rogue River Outreach Coordinator
Department: Conservation

Area of Focus: Chad focuses on building local and regional support for our Wild and Scenic Rogue River campaign in southern Oregon.

Background: Chad joined American Rivers in 2011. Prior to that he was Coordinator of the Rogue Basin Coordinating Council where he worked with watershed councils, state & federal agencies, and landowners within the basin. Chad also has sprinkled in work as a raft guide over the past thirteen years.

Education: B.A. in Political Science from the University of Vermont and a J.D. from Lewis and Clark Law School.

Last weekend I hiked down to Rainie Falls on the Wild and Scenic Rogue River to watch salmon make their always impressive upstream migration. Myself, a friend and numerous "fish-watchers" were not disappointed.
