Area of Focus: Greg works to advance American Rivers' mission to protect and restore the nation's rivers by helping people who love rivers express that passion through charitable donations.

Background: Greg joined American Rivers in August of 2009. Prior to joining the development team, Greg spent over 12 years in non-profit management and fundraising in the DC metropolitan area. Greg has a meaningful connection to rivers as an avid whitewater kayaker and volunteer with Team River Runner (introducing wounded warriors to paddle sports).

Education: M.Ed. in Higher Education Administration from Kent State Univeristy; B.A. in English and Sociology from University of Maryland (Go Terps!); Member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals
