Background: Fanette joined American Rivers in September 2006. She is currently studying for her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification, and has over 18 years of senior management and operations experience, with a strong strategic management focus. She has worked for non-profit organizations for over 20 years, and prior to coming to American Rivers she worked at Child Trends.
